Louise's Apple Orange Salad

Ingredients:

2 Cortland apples
1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
4 cups thinly shredded salad greens
1/4 cup vegetable oil
toasted chaopped pecans to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Core and cut apples into thin slices.

Combine with orange juice and sections.

Before serving add to greens and add seasonings.

Toss and sprinkle with nuts.
