APPLE HONEY SHAKE

1 quart chilled apple cider or juice
2 C chilled orange juice
1/4 C honey
2 tsp grated orange rind

Combine all ingredients and shake to blend. Pour over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with mint sprig, apple slice or long peel of orange. Makes 6 servings.

REFRESHING LEMON AND ORANGE PUNCH
juice of 4 oranges (1 1/4 C)
juice of 1 lemon
1 can (6 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
1 can (6 ounces) apple juice, chilled
1 can (12 ounces) low calorie lemon-lime flavored soda, chilled ice cubes

In pitcher combine fruit juices, soda and ice; stir well. Garnish each serving with orange and lemon cartwheel slices, if desired. Makes 4 (9 ounce) servings.

SPARKLING PUNCH
2 C orange juice
3 Tbs lemon juice (juice of one lemon), optional
6 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 C unsweetened apple juice
12 oz. lemon or lime sparkling mineral water or club soda

In a large pitcher, combine the fruit juices and sparkling water. Pour over ice. Makes about 4 (10 oz.) servings.
